Beta application privacy

When you apply, we store the name, company, email, workflow, and problem description you provide, the application date, and a campaign/source label when present.

We temporarily remember campaign labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so an application can be attributed after you read another page. These labels are saved with your application. We do not collect advertising click IDs or send your application to an advertising platform. Closing the tab clears this temporary browser storage.

The Nibuno project team uses this information to evaluate beta interest, plan the product, and contact applicants about their application and beta opportunities. Applications are stored in the website’s database and are not displayed publicly.

We may send your application details to the Nibuno team through Resend, our email-delivery provider. We keep notification status and delivery-service references so failed alerts can be investigated and retried. These notifications are private.

Please do not submit customer records, confidential prompts, credentials, or sensitive personal information. An application does not enroll you in the product or guarantee access.

This form does not send an automatic confirmation email. If the team contacts you, you may reply to request correction or removal of your application or to stop further beta contact.
