The problem
Someone corrects a wrong answer and explains the reasoning. That lesson is valuable, but it lives in a message that the next reviewer may never find.
Prompts evolve while their examples and corrections become detached. A folder of outputs does not show which answers were approved, who reviewed them, or which requirement they test.
How Nibuno would handle it
The planned Golden Dataset keeps inputs, accepted answers, explanations, provenance, and permissions connected to the prompts they support. Collections can be versioned and assigned distinct development and evaluation purposes.

What you’d compare
Record who approved each example and why. Track which versions used it. Keep final evaluation examples separate from the examples used to teach or tune the system.
