The problem
You improve a prompt, then notice a different kind of answer has gotten worse. You need to know exactly what changed and which previous version is safe.
The text may be in Git, but the examples, model settings, feedback, and reason for the decision are scattered. Restoring a string does not necessarily restore the same behavior.
How Nibuno would handle it
Nibuno is designed to keep prompt versions with their model configuration, examples, test results, and approval history. A draft can be compared with the live version before it becomes the version the application uses.
