The problem
A review-writing feature was built only a few months ago. Now newer models are available. You wonder whether the old one is leaving quality or speed on the table.
The feature still works, so the decision becomes a debate between leaving it alone and switching to the newest model. Neither side has evidence from the reviews the business actually needs.
How Nibuno would handle it
The planned experiment uses the current review prompt and representative inputs with both models. The team evaluates accuracy, useful detail, voice, speed, and cost while preserving the existing version.

What you’d compare
Keep the current model if it meets the standard and the alternative does not justify its cost. Upgrade only when the actual outputs and operational requirements support it. Age alone is not a failure.
