A developer and business owner’s perspective

The prompt promised something the app cannot do.

Editable instructions still need to respect the software around them.

The problem

A prompt tells the assistant to perform an action. The application can only draft a request. The answer sounds confident, but the promise is unsupported.

Business instructions and technical constraints live in different places. Reviewing the prose alone misses the mismatch between what the AI says and what its tools allow.

How Nibuno would handle it

Nibuno is being designed to show editable instructions beside a protected software contract: inputs, outputs, available tools, and authority boundaries. Conflicts become something the team can inspect before release.

What you’d compare

Use cases that tempt the assistant to claim an unavailable action. Check the response against actual permissions. A prompt instruction is never a substitute for enforcing authorization in the application.
